Storage units in California

The manager, Ed, is a marvel. The prices are the best that I have ever found, the place is clean and well kept. If you need a storage unit, call ahead of time for availability of unit size and can be reserved if needed.

I have been using Extra Space Storage for several years now. I moved from another facility, where I had a less than pleasant experience. Marisa has been such an invaluable help to me throughout my entire experience. She got me started, helped me with questions, keeps me notified of any changes. I can not praise her enough. She has made a very complicated ordeal in my life quick, easy, and seamless. The level of care, service, professionalism, transparency, and consistency is second to none! She is a shining star and deserves every praise I could bestow upon her. It is a rare to find such a reliable, diligent, and hard working individual these days. She is an invaluable asset to the already stellar company. SO GLAD I went with Extra Space for my personal storage. The facility is clean, safe, and protectant. You can not go wrong here. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you again Marisa and the Extra Space team at Cummins Drive in Modesto. I would give ten stars if I could! ??????????

I had to rush over to this facility to pay for auction units in San Diego. Even though it didn't benefit her. Jenn was fabulously helpful. Very friendly, kind, personable, and she took care of my needs quickly and effortlessly. She rocks, public storage is lucky to have her.

I had been with Waldo Rose since 2013 and NEVER had any problems. None. Not one. It is finally the end of my stay there now in 2025 and if I need storage again. I will definitely go back to Waldo Rose. The staff there is extremely helpful and personable and I love their prices. You can't beat this facility. On top of all this, you have peace of mind that your valuables are safe. Isn't that all you can ask for. I highly recommend Waldo Rose.

I've been with this storage facility for quite a long time. Although, there have been a few price hikes since I've been here, I'm happy with the managers Craig and Sherry. They are a nice couple. It's easy to talk with them. The facility is always clean and it's easy to get in and out in a hurry when I need to go there to get things or drop off stuff. There's also a restroom, which is a plus for sure. Not knowing how much longer I'll be needing a storage unit, I'm really hoping to have no more price hikes for a while. ????

I was inquiring about renting a storage unit and wasn’t sure what size I needed and had so many questions. Jerry was very patient with all the questions I had, gave me a tour of the facility, and helped me decide what unit I needed. Jerry’s customer service was fantastic and would highly recommend this storage facility over going to public storage. I would say anyone looking for any storage needs to head over to storage pros and ask for Jerry.
