Storage units in Mission - Garin, Hayward, CA

easy going made process stress free!!!

I almost gave 4 stars because there was a minor miscommunication that caused a major problem. When I initially secured my unit, Daisy mentioned their operating hours, but I incorrectly assumed that only counted their office hours, not access hours, based on my previous experience with storage units years ago. Imagine my surprise when I get there after hours with a loaded uhual and can't get in. I was lucky that Laron at uhual Hayward was able to help me. The next day, Daisy was fantastic helping me transfer my unit to a 24 hour access location. When I mentioned my access needs and transferring, she immediately alleviated my concerns in the middle of helping other customers. She was kind, patient, helpful, and very informative, even about how the other location operates. It was my own fault for assuming their access hours and not double checking. The only suggestion I can make is to clarify that facility hours include access hours before people finalize their unit rental. Still, it's hard not to give 5 stars when all my problems were taken care of
