Incredibly well maintained facility with incredibly friendly staff. Overly helpful and information when my guy dropped the lock to our unit and snapped the key off inside, Shaneeki was happy to keep an eye on our unit while we ran to Lowe's for a new one, and then next time over there she remembered us and provided us a proper lock for the unit and is very friendly and professional. Facility stays clear of clutter and plenty of space in the units and around the units to be able to not impede on other renters. Was stressed as I recently moved from a house to a smaller place and needing a large storage unit but this facility and staff has eased alot of the stress I had stepping into my first storage unit! The location is near 29th Street which is perfect for helping me get downtown super fast, the grounds are incredibly well taken care of, and the pricing is the most reasonable i’ve found. I've had multiple storage units here over the past 20 years and have stored multiple trailers with no issues. I've rented from a 5x5 to a 10x25. Some of the bad reviews sound like they were expecting a sealed vault. These are storage units in Littleton near open fields. They aren't hermitically sealed and you might get mice. You get the same thing in your garage at home. That's why you don't store food and you make sure your boxes, rugs, etc. are sealed. This is a Quality storage facility and I will continue to use it in the future.
