Super easy rental online and clean facility. I now rent 2 units here. There is also great on-location management in case issues arise.

Phil was very helpful in securing me the next larger size storage unit. I had a small one for several years and needed a little larger one. Phil took me to see the larger unit and cleaned it up for me. He definitely made the experience quick and easy to transfer from one size to another.

I've used hwy 85 storage on and off for the last 10 years. The rates are reasonable and the staff are extremely nice. Sometimes it feels like aome storages want to take your stuff when you miss a payment but hwy 85 storage has always been easy to work with and seem to care when you fall on bad times. Their payment options are great. They have auto pay, online pay and you can pay at the management office. Ive rented a variety of sized units and have even switched sizes as Ive moved things to my home or sold items. It is a convenient location between Brighton and Fort Lupton. Stuff does get a little dusty in the units but thats expected with it all being outdoors. Ive never had an issue with theft and always have felt safe while there. If you need storage in Brighton or Fort Lupton, I highly recommend them.

You don't have to worry about petty rules, hostile management, or arbitrary restrictions on using your unit. Save yourself the headache of dealing with overpriced, micromanaged storage facilities.
