5 stars Excellent experience at Extra Space Storage on N. Palafox Street in Pensacola. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with convenient access hours and climate-controlled options available. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the rental process—making everything straightforward and efficient. Pricing was competitive, and the location is easy to access. I would confidently recommend this location to anyone needing reliable storage in the Pensacola area. Great job Brittany and Joe.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Julie and Jen were so welcoming and professional to deal with. I didn’t realize I could reserve the unit I wanted ahead of time. WOW!! Julie made the process an easy transition from my reservation to being their new customer. I can tell she really loves her job and her customers. Thanks Ladies!

We had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Pensacola for about a year and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly easy. from initially setting up the unit to eventually moving out when we no longer needed it. The facility was always clean, well maintained, and most importantly, we always felt completely safe when visiting the property. Our unit stayed in great condition the entire time, and accessing the facility through the app was extremely convenient and worked seamlessly. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Anytime we needed assistance, it was easy to get in touch with an actual person, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Even closing out our unit was simple and hassle-free. After storing our belongings here for nearly a year, I can confidently recommend this Extra Space Storage location. Clean, secure, convenient, and exceptionally well run. If we ever need storage in the Pensacola area again, this is absolutely where we would go!

Highly recommend, great customer service!

Michelle always remembers me whenever I go to store my stuff at the end of the school year!! She is the best and very helpful with everything. I always look forward to storing at Storage King on Olive.

Will be recommending this place to everyone I know solely on Arleea! She was amazing and so helpful.

We have been customers at the Public Storage on Plantation for over a year, and Bernard has consistently gone above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Anytime we have needed assistance, he has been there with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. Bernard is the kind of employee who makes a company stand out. He is friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, and always treats us with respect. No matter what we need help with, he takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly and that we leave feeling taken care of. It is rare to encounter this level of exceptional customer service these days, and Bernard deserves recognition for it. He is truly an asset to Public Storage and a big reason we have been so happy here. If Public Storage has an employee recognition or bonus program, I sincerely hope Bernard’s management team sees this review and gives him the recognition he deserves. He has absolutely earned it! Thank you, Bernard, for consistently making our experience so positive. You are greatly appreciated! ??????????
