Because they have a storage unit there themselves. Really nice place very affordable. And probably the best storage unit that I looked at so far. Also, if you need a storage unit for your car, then this is definitely the place for you. They can accommodate up to 2 cars and their bigger storage units. As you will see in the pictures and videos that I have laid out for your viewing pleasure. And the lady's name at the front desk. Her name is Shannon. Make sure that you tell her that you read this review. I have a storage unit for myself. And after my father passed on the 12th of December. I needed another storage unit. And they were able to accommodate me for his and my mother things. Shannon was very, very helpful and helping me. Pick out the size storage unit that I needed for my mother and my father's personal effects. And for that, I can not thank A Another Room Self Storage enough. Very kind understanding and very compassionate to one's feelings when having to go through what I am going through right now with my mom and Dad's passing. Class Act - 5 out of 5 ?????
