My go to storage center for 5+ years! Staff are always professional and very kind.

Teresa Bridges is the best manager yet. She cares about her customers and tries to assist us in the best manner possible with mishaps that occur on this property. She is on the property daily to make sure there isn't any trash or break ins or any units not locked. . She is definitely an asset to SROA. And Tonya, her assistant is also an awesome worker. She helps Teresa make sure everything is like it should be. They are a great team.

I came into the office yesterday extremely upset because my soon-to-be husband knew my gate code and had an extra key to my unit, and I discovered that he had went through my items but nothing was missing. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do, but Arabella was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire situation. She stayed calm, listened to me, and reassured me that she would help take care of everything. Not only did Arabella help me handle the situation professionally, but she also took the time to comfort me while I talked about everything I was going through personally. Her kindness, patience, and compassion truly meant so much to me during a very difficult moment. I am so thankful that Arabella is the property manager at the Connector Rd location. She is such a sweet and caring person, and Storage Rentals of America is incredibly lucky to have her. As tenants, we are grateful for someone who genuinely cares about the people she helps every day. By the time I left the office, I felt relieved, supported, and confident that my personal property was in good hands with Arabella. Please, Storage Rentals of America, don’t take Arabella away from our location — we truly want to keep her here!
