Storage units in North Carolina

Jordan was phenomenal . This man went out of his way to help me open up my unit when I’d lost my keys . I was 2 hours away and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to receive the help the next day . LOTUS is also amazing in his management and is always helpful whenever I need it . I love out of state and these two are spectacular when it comes to meeting your needs !

Such a great help!!

Tracy does an awesome job at getting anything and everything needed done. Thanks again, Tracy

The guy listened very attentively to us and provided exactly what we need. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk and show us our unit to make sure it was the correct fit for us. I appreciate his help and service. I'm glad we chose Rays for our storage provider.

It was great and very helpful! My things were kept safe. Affordable price. They were available to answer questions highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service.

Never had any problem. Thanks

Great prices and the customer service was exceptional!

Friendly staff made it very easy to get set up and answered all my questions, even quickly helping with a last-minute unit change when there was an issue upon initial arrival. Payments are very easy to make. I read some say there was a fee for a phone payment, I did not find that to be the case. I'll be extending my initial intended usage of the facility and definitely recommend them.

The staff was very helpful with everything, explaining the process and my options before I signed the rental agreement. Great prices and a very nice facility, I would definitely recommend Valley Storage.

I appreciate Harvaun's assistance in facilitating my transfer to a different unit. She demonstrated exceptional patience in explaining everything and provided a thorough walkthrough, showcasing her professionalism.

Stephanie is fabulous! She found ways to make my business with them ready and less costly. She's a gem. I wish we could clone her.
