Pleasant experience with securing a storage unit online. The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this storage facility, and especially Daryll. This summer brought some of the most difficult circumstances I have ever faced, and during a time when I was carrying more than I ever imagined I would, Daryll showed me a level of kindness and compassion that I will not forget. When I explained a little of what I was going through, he responded with genuine understanding, patience, and grace. Sometimes, you come across someone who reminds you that there are still good people in the world. Daryll was that person for me during a time when I truly needed it. Customer service is important, but compassion and humanity are what leave a lasting impression. I am incredibly grateful for the way Daryll treated me, and I sincerely wish there were more people like him. He is a credit to this business and, more importantly, a genuinely good person.

Was very pleased to have met Montana and she was very polite and professional about the storage property we were interested in.

Two days ago Ramona helped me choose a unit to transfer to. She was great, went out of her way and very informative. Today I met Nicole. Again very helpful as I turned in the lock. I couldn't remember my new unit number. No worries. Nicole found it and got me all set. These ladies made my transition smooth and pleasant. I'm so thankful.

Mike is great at the Wake Forest unit and online process was a breeze!

Amazing customer service at this location thanks to April! She went above and beyond to help me through the rental process. Competitive prices, well kept property, and security seems better than other facilities (not seen anyone loitering and the gate is always functional).

Jessa was wonderful!

Lex was extremely helpful. One of the Best experiences I've had renting storage.
