Had a fantastic experience with the store manager and assistant manager,Rebecca Smith and Regina Harris very helpful and knowledgeable about their units and property customer service alone and pricing. I would recommend friends and family and anybody else to use this property. It’s very clean and safe and looks like they take care of their property better than them most of them out there highly recommended will use them again and again.

Trayce was the bomb! We got the wrong size unit, she got us hooked up with the correct on and even ran over to clean it before we moved in. Thanks Trayce!

Instead of making me feel embarrassed about my situation, he took the time to listen, worked with me on my account, and helped relieve some of the fees. His willingness to help made an incredibly stressful time much more manageable. Throughout the process, Seth was professional, responsive, understanding, and truly cared about finding a solution. It’s rare to come across someone who provides customer service with that level of empathy and integrity. Stopped in today to Extra Space Storage and Heather was fantastic at helping me set up auto pay and some other details. She is super knowledgeable efficient kind and helpful! Wonderful place! Extremely clean & secure!!! Researched other places and this is BY FAR the best!! Troy and Kathy couldn’t be nicer! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Amy was awesome helping me on the manual kiosk. It took me a second to figure out what to do, but I finally got it. She was with me all the way, and tried to help me get the best deal that was within my budget. She gets 10/10!! The only thing that bothered me was that the climate control wasn’t really climate control. It was hot, just as it was outside. Hopefully that will change. We’ll see when I go check today.

Place is very clean(even the bathroom. No mold or mildew smells. Well lit and for decent price. I did everything thing online simple and easy! As long as the price remains the same and doesn't gradually keep increasing like alot of other storages, this will remain 5 stars in my book!
