Storage units in North Carolina

I had a great experience with the facilities as well as everyone who worked there. They were attentive, friendly and made the move in/out process hassle and stress free. They were always available to answer questions or help.

Good facility. "Sue" had extraordinary customer service!!

Safe and affordable storage units.

I have had storage there since the Middle of 2016 have had No Problems with them. They have only Increased the Rates. One time. An I like the New way to pay. I don't have to go up there anymore. To see if anyone is in the office to pay.

Convenient location & well maintained.

Melody was a huge help in getting us set up with the right unit. She walked us through all the available options, clearly explained the size differences, and broke down the pricing on each unit so we could see exactly what we'd get for the money. She helped us choose a bigger unit that actually fit our needs instead of pushing whatever was easiest. She's also incredibly responsive. Any time we've had an issue with the lock or access, she's responded right away and gotten it sorted. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Melody. Thank you, Melody!
