Storage units in Wallburg, NC, and nearby areas

Okay, I will say a few things here. This place looks "sketchy" from the outside. BUT we needed a place quickly to store an RV we bought. This place had low rates and 24hour access. This was great since we sometimes leave early or return late from trips. The lots were full of old cars and stuff that I was unsure about. We couldn't get our RV into the slip we were assigned. A call to the office to see if we could use a different spot we saw was answered with of course! They assured us they had been working diligently to get out old tenets that had abandoned property. We trusted the process lol. We returned a couple of weeks later for a trip and sure enough four spots had been cleared. Two more weeks later and some more were cleared. We decided to rent a unit here as our other storage facility for our property had doubled rates. They got the unit ready for us before our move in date with a new ceiling and was clean. We picked up the RV again for a trip and more stuff has been cleared up and new tenants have moved in. I am glad we made this choice. The office staff is ALWAYS nice, helpful and prompt. Always answers the phone and returning email questions in minutes! The prices are fair enough and they are working on cleaning up the lots. I look forward to seeing the end results.

Amy was awesome helping me on the manual kiosk. It took me a second to figure out what to do, but I finally got it. She was with me all the way, and tried to help me get the best deal that was within my budget. She gets 10/10!! The only thing that bothered me was that the climate control wasn’t really climate control. It was hot, just as it was outside. Hopefully that will change. We’ll see when I go check today.

Jairo at Public Storage made this one of the easiest, smoothest experiences I've had in a long time. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and a great communicator from start to finish. He answered every question, made the whole process seamless, and genuinely cared that we got the right unit. The Silas Creek location is convenient and has a great mix of both outdoor and indoor units. We ended up choosing an indoor unit, and it's been perfect. If you're looking for storage, I definitely recommend this location. Huge thanks to Jairo for making something that could've been stressful so easy. You're awesome!
