Storage units in New Jersey

Katherine de front desk girl it’s the best!!!! Thanks

I want to take a moment to recognize three wonderful employees at Public Storage: Jose, Kleone, and Angelica! Today was a particularly stressful day for me, especially after discovering that my storage rate had continued to increase. I came in feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, simply hoping someone could help me understand my options and find the best possible solution. These three went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they take the time to help me navigate my concerns, but their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made my day so much better. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced their exceptional customer service. I frequently visit this location with my mother, who also uses their services. English isn’t her strongest language, and I’ve always appreciated how welcoming, respectful, and patient the staff are with her. The fact that they speak multiple languages makes this location even more special because they’re able to accommodate and assist people from different backgrounds. Beyond the wonderful staff, the facility itself is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and accessible for most of the day. Even the customers I’ve encountered here have been friendly and willing to lend a helping hand, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. I truly believe that great customer service isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about how you make people feel while helping them. Jose, Kleone, and Angelica demonstrated exactly that today. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate everything you do! I highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for a clean, convenient facility with an outstanding team. Five stars, well deserved!

I felt like it was definitely a new, clean facility. Was able to even get a unit after hours because of how their system works with their app.
