Storage units in New Jersey

Great service by Nelly

The best customer service, very nice stuff. I can really trust and feel safe leaving my belongings here. Very reliable and have good pricing.

Justin was incredibly helpful and quick service! Thank you so much!!!

Was very easy to find a unit I needed. Since I’m handicapped I needed a unit I can drive up to rather than inside storage. Carts and elevators are inconvenient for me. I move in tomorrow hope the drive up unit is ready.

Chelsea is the best ! She always accommodating and welcoming to the staff at Food Prep.

Dominique was very helpful. The unit was close and clean. She explained everything throughly. Good experience

Facilities are well maintained

I’ve always had a great experience with the Bergenfield location and that’s all due to Jose, Kendall and the rest of the staff. My previous unit had some minor water damage and the team was prompt on notifying me and having my items moved to a new unit since I live out of state. They’ve always been friendly and easy to get in touch with and more importantly professional. I highly recommend renting here

Remy is very attentive courteous and knowledgeable

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Byron, one of the managers at this location, for the exceptional level of service he has provided. From my very first visit, Byron was welcoming, professional, and extremely accommodating. More recently, I encountered an issue while trying to secure an additional unit, and once again, he went above and beyond to assist me. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. What stood out most to me was that his helpfulness never felt forced or simply part of the job. He was attentive, personable, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to navigate. Exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and Byron is certainly deserving of that recognition. He is a wonderful representation of this location and one of the reasons my experience here has been such a positive one.

Check in and accessing building is very easy. Steve was very nice and helped with check in process.

I enjoyed the storage unit at the Robbinsvile location. They were nice and helped with any questions I had. The location was in a quiet area, away from busy roads and cities. Everyone, was nice and glad to have been able to rent for the time I did. I would recommend this storage unit first before any other location.

The agent was totally professional, kind, sweet and forthcoming. She clearly understood the problem we had discussed.

Made everything very easy, and got everything set up very quick

Naomi was great she helped me out in finding my unit. She’s very friendly
