Our experience was great. The Saturday afternoon attendant was very professional from the moment he greeted us at the door. He walked us through the entire process. Took us to view the storage space and made us feel satisfied with our space rental. All documents came through electronically and he ensured we had everything we needed. Satisfied Customer

Absolute Terrific experience from Matt & Elinor, they found a unit that fits us perfectly. The unit was spotless and they made my paperwork seamless. I will be referring them to my circle of friends! Thank you so much. Bob D

I can’t say enough great things about Denise and Karen at Public Storage in Blackwood, NJ! Both are absolutely outstanding. They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and organized, which makes the entire storage experience that much better. It’s clear that Denise and Karen take pride not only in providing excellent customer service but also in maintaining a facility that customers can feel comfortable and confident using. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about providing exceptional customer service, but Denise and Karen deliver it every time. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to help make every interaction a pleasure. Public Storage is extremely fortunate to have these two incredible ladies representing their company. They set the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like. Thank you, Denise and Karen, for everything you do. You are both truly AWESOME! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, organized, professionally managed storage facility with exceptional customer service!

Ariel was great and helpful! Love this location

This place is great. I would definitely recommend them. Kim in the office is wonderful. She’s so sweet and accommodating. I had sold my house after a day of being on the market and had to be out in 4 weeks. I wasn’t able to move into a new place right away so I literally had to put a four bedroom house in storage. Kim got me set up with a few units right away. She was always so helpful! The facility is always clean and easy to get in and out of. I did not use a temperature controlled unit, and most of my things were fine except for maybe candles that got melted.
