4.5 stars, half isn’t option on here. Pros: Staff is extremely kind and helpful. They even let me know one time when my lock was secured wrong. Moving Truck was a great plus. Had a unit that was not temp controlled. Externals are all well groomed, unit clean. Very secure and calm quiet area! They keep the gate under well surveillance. No rain water got into unit even when it was storming badly, no issues with neighboring units. Again, staff very polite!! Your things will be safe and it’s stress free. Pro of the way it’s set up, GOOD VENTILATION. Easy to bring things back and forth. Only couple cons I had was 1. The price rises a couple of times a year with no newly added features. Not fixed rate. 2. Dust and debris falls from the ceiling, so you have to clean your items every few months, or cover them with plastic and clean that. Most of it washed off easily, but some of my things are stained. User error really. My other unit was sealed cement, so I wasn’t prepared properly. It is outdoors, so expect to deal with a few spiders/webs, wasps, ants. Nothing bad or abnormal. In winter , I did have to shovel around my unit to carry things in and out. They plow the main road but personally didn’t see between the sections plowed. Could’ve just been my luck.

We've had a storage garage unit for about 10 years now and have zero complaints. They have a selection of sizes. We got ours for storing a sports car inside but sold it and now use it for furniture I need to sell. Pulling up to the key pad in a truck is a little awkward cause of the steep hill grades. I bet a lot get out of their vehicle to type their code in. They also just upgraded the key pad. Make sure you read the directions because its slightly different from the old one. Conveniently located right down the road from the Babcock Blvd & Evergreen Road intersection. You can also access your unit 24/7 which is nice.

Veronica is amazing to work with! She went above & beyond, and is exceptional with customer service. Being out of state, my mom and I had many questions & she was so helpful in fixing the issues. Not to mention, I know that my unit is safe & secure. I cannot thank you enough for all of your help, Veronica!
