People are nice BUT NOT RECOMMENDED! - once you get a storage unit, the rate increases start quickly… - I had A storage unit, therefore more than six years, And every 4 to 6 months sometimes eight months or a year the rate increases ——— - - the number one reason I left is that your rates kept increasing over and over again - sometimes as early as five months after getting a new storage room.. many many times you have increased your rates, but never kept the place clean. - I could understand if the place was clean and nice, but you never kept up on the cleanliness of it. - when there was a snow, you put out flyers stating that it was nothing could be done about its removal- that youCould not remove the snow to get into the entrance when it snowed, so I had to shovel the snow myself just to get in the door and get my things out- - very dusty inside the facilities every time I went there I had to use a mask or I would start sneezing… my clothes are filled with dust after I left. - when I went there the last time to move out, there were not any hand dollies at all. I had to get my own hand, dolly., someone put it in their storage room or took it, but you should always keep notice on where your dollies are because people with back surgeries can’t move their stuff by themselves. - The manager looked for it everywhere, but could not find it. I asked them to review the security cameras to find out where it went still, they could not find it…. Had to rent my own dolly at Uhaul to get my stuff out. - very unhappy with your facility I’ve been with you more than six years, and I stuck with it till I finally could not take it anymore because you did listen to my previous replies to you or messages I left for your company… - I tried calling the corporate office many times and left numerous messages, but no one ever called me back…! - The people that work, there are very friendly and courteous although the Owners/ Mother company that runs the place needs to be replaced - seems like you could care less about your facility as long as people keep paying your increased rates all the time!!!!

Theresa was very helpful and patient with my elderly mother and I for renting this space. If I could give her 10 stars I would she was a legend and is a credit to you company as valuable employee thank you

I am very happy with my unit.Very pleasant when you need any help or anything. Very clean inside and out. I would definitely tell my friends about this place.
