I’ve been renting from here for a few months now and I’m very satisfied. It’s a great place, very affordable and Ms.Melissa in the front office is so friendly and welcoming! She doesn’t beat around the bush and always has a great attitude. I will definitely be recommending Store-It-All self storage on Airline to my family/ friends

I've been with public storage for quite sometime . I've Always had good customer service . But the BEST BY Far is a young man by the name of Harley. I went to my storage unit not to long ago to get some stuf .... and it was RIGHT when he was getting off the clock. He had Just finished with a client . After helping this individual, he then approached me and asked if everything was OK with me. I had told him that I was there to move from ONE unit to another . Harley did NOT avoid my presence and my need of help. That being said , he took nearly 2 hours of his time to help me move my things one floor down ! Something like this would've taken me about 5 hours to do, but thanks to Harley , my time was pretty much cut in half because of his generosity! Thank you Harley !! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !!!

Staff was very polite, patient and informative. She walked me through every step of the process and never got frustrated... the peak of professionalism. I will recommend this place to everyone

Katrice is awesome!!! I highly recommend her. Go by and check her out. You’ll see!!
