Nice staff...very nice ..sandy is the best...we all need to be nice like her..

Jennifer was so nice and helpful!

The best thing about renting a unit from here is the customer service. They are always friendly and will take care of whatever you need. They offer a good variety of unit sizes to meet any need that arrises.

Very well taken care of!!

I had a great experience with Christian Road Storage, especially because of Monica! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made everything so easy. Monica is truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Christian Road Storage!

Excellent service. New facility. Clean atmosphere!

Great location and very clean and neat grounds and buildings. I would recommend this Public Storage location!

3 years i wasn't very happy at all with management. It was horrible but this pass few months I noticed a huge upgrade, improvement and changed around the property. This property had many managers and none of them took care of this place but a new manager came in name Taryn and she completely flipped everything around. Shes seen all over the property, cleaning up, fixing things, a manager actually doing her job. Taryn is just an incredible and amazing manager. She definitely has what it takes to accomplish the task and keep this place running so if she hasn't gotten to fix something, Taryn will get it done.

Love love the staff here. Always clean always says hello when passing if outside!!

The property manager is always helpful very knowledgeable

I've been with public storage off and on when I need to storage units the property is well kept outside and inside areas are kept clean even underneath the stairs unused spaces are locked down and I ve never seen anyone setting outside the gates hoping to walk in unknown dumpsters if full are locked any other trash is placed close to the dumpster not all over any kind a way you know just in neat order I really hope other user help do the same as manager have time to do other needed needs thanks public storage...DML.
