Daren is amazing!!!!! he helped me with a big smile on and was really friendly.

Staff was very helpful always, opening and closing my account was an easy and smooth process. Never had any problems in the few years I was there.

Excellent place

Place is very clean. Grant always answered the phone and was able to help with everything.

Bhelle was very professional, knowledgeable, & courteous when getting me set up with storage units!

Clean and ready to move in, plus 24/7 security surveillance.

public storage is a great place to store excess personal items. Gabriel Culiat would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Yesenia was very helpful Explained everything very nicely, thank you for all your help. ????

I’ve been with extra space storage on i10 in Baytown for over 10 years and they have been amazing every single time I’ve needed them! Always helpful and always quick to respond! If I ever need another storage unit I would choose them every time! Thanks so much kaysie and team I really appreciate everything yall have done!

I worked with Jessie B (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) to setup my storage unit. She was delightful and helpful. When I arrived at the space it was clean and prepared with a lock waiting for my arrival. The location is ideal and on a 90 degree day the unit stays cool ( I have an uncontrolled temperature unit ). The wind currents from the traffic going by generates a nice breeze keeping the outside units cool. 2 Weeks in and I am please with my decision.

Very helpful and guiding and demonstrating how much storage I would need and the costs of said purchase

Besides the fact that in my opinion they could turn up the AC a little, I know thats an issue needing to be taken up a little higher. This facility otherwise has been the best out of all storage places I've ever rented at and the staff is great and on top of it.

I LOVED how I was treated I forgot to ask for her name but she was sooo sweet and VERY helpful!

Adonis is amazing he is always here helping whenever I come.
