Storage units in Virginia

I rented a unit from Mr. Craft for something like 8-9 years. Longer than I anticipated. But he and the unit was always nothing but amazing! Never had a worry with my belongings there. He also didn’t charge us when my newly adult son accidentally dented some siding with a uhaul his first time trying to navigate the facility while getting furniture out and moving across country at his first military duty station. He just said “I’ll knock it out and it’ll be fine”, even after I offered to pay for any repairs. Not to mention, once I finally cleared it all out, I didn’t have room in the truck to haul what we didn’t want off to a dump. I called him and asked if he had a way and that I’d pay him and he didn’t charge me much to haul a small truck load off. And even after all that, I got not only my deposit back, but somehow I had gotten ahead on monthly payments and he sent me every cent I paid over, even tho I had no idea and he could have kept every dime if he wanted to. One the most KIND and HONEST business owners I’ve ever encountered! If I EVER need another unit again, I will HANDS DOWN choose Craft Self Storage! Thank you so much Mr. Craft! My unexpected refund really came at a time my family could use it! And just thank you for being a good human being and business owner! ??
