I want to recognize Amy Singleton who really stepped up to be empathetic to my situation and really help me in need which goes a long way in Customer Service. I never had any treat this nice when it comes to the situation I'm in. Just being there and providing guidance on things I can use and put me in a storage that fits my needs and items perfectly. Everything worked out perfect and I believe she went above and beyond meeting my needs and wants with helping me. Thank you Amy.

Affordable storage has been absolutely wonderful to me there has been times where I had to have surgery certain life events happened they work with me and I would definitely recommend them I give them a number 10 or 100 and I really appreciate all the workers there all the people answering the phones and everything they did wonderful company

Low cost, secure, basic storage, no heat or a/c, lighted bays, month to month, min insurance required, storage restrictions. Very happy there.

Amazing top notch customer service! Impressive from the start! When I started my search for a storage facility affordability safety and convenience where top on my list. My initial call was friendly and proffesional, Antoinette was charming, helpful and accomodating. I specifically inquired about a spot with easy access to loading and unloading and she helped to find me a great spot. Upon my arrival she was welcoming and ready to show me a good first impression, she directed me and quickly met me at my storage area. This facilty is immaculately clean and as promised she provided a room with easy access, I was impressed. Antoinette mentioned that a moving truck would be available at no charge provided that my move in date was not already booked..... at that time it was not available therefore throwing a wrench in my plans. Since i had to change my plans i started to move small things in my vehicle, when Antoinette saw me she quickly informed me that the use of the truck had been cancelled and that i was welcome to use it...Woohoo!! The following week after move in I had placed items that i had on sale that a buyer was coming to pick up. I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and I reached out to Antoinette, she asked me what time I would be there and she would meet me. When i arrived she was already there waiting for me and the buyers.....door open and cart ready in the event that we needed it. Antoinette, kudos to you for your outstanding personality and amazing customer service. In general your willingness to help and be a kind person is a breath of fresh air. I wish all encounters and experiences with the public were as flawless. Thank you Ample Storage for providing quality where it means the most, your staff!!!! M Ruiz
