Night and Day Difference from Other Storage Facilities After dealing with a frustrating experience at Storage King here in Roanoke, I was honestly expecting more of the same, but this place completely changed that. From the start, everything was handled the way it should be. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I was able to get everything set up without wasting time or jumping through hoops. No confusion, no runaround, just straightforward service. Customer service here is on a completely different level. I was treated with respect, not talked over, and every question I had was answered professionally. That alone made a huge difference compared to what I dealt with elsewhere. David, who helped me, was outstanding. As a fellow military veteran, I really appreciated his professionalism, respect, and the way he carried himself. You can tell he takes pride in helping people and doing things the right way. I also appreciated the transparency. No surprise charges, no pressure to add extras, and everything was explained upfront so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me real confidence storing my classic Mustang there. When you’re trusting a place with a vehicle like that, security and upkeep matter, and this place checks all the boxes. Overall, this was a night and day difference from Storage King. My friend got a storage unit and I was helping her bring some stuff in. We had to go and bother the man at the front desk named Douglas. A few times. He always held an outstanding level of professionalism. I honestly respected how proper of a professional he was to my friend and I. I felt the need to go out of my way to make sure that was recognized. I will deffintley refer others to this place because of his professionalsm. The building was also very clean and seem to hold itself to a proper standard. Your doing a good job guys!
