Great place to rent from, The office seemed like a work at home position person, but did get the unit we needed and the use of a Free moving truck to do a local move! It was perfect! The truck was perfect! Even had a ramp! Blankets, and appliances dolly! Locker was clean with lock & instructions inside! Happy! ... Read more

Charged us after we gave over 30 day notice on 3 of our units. Owner did not even apologize for being automatically charged, just refunded. An apology would have been nice. Also, upon moving our things out, we notice multiple boxes were wet or in various states of drying. Had multiple moldy items that had to be thrown out. Edit: Responding to the owners claim that there is no record of me is because it was under my husbands name. Nice that they just dismiss my review, very convenient tactic. Also, Laura's responses to other complaints about her business are definitely not handled in a professional manner as you can see by reading other reviews and owner responses. ... Read more

Rented from this place and had a very good first impression of the owner, rented a locker as well as my fiancee and then decided to move in to one larger locker to save money. The locker went under her name. Some time later I placed the payment on my debit card on an utomated sysem, the next month as her bill was due I was at a gas station getting gas only to have my debit card declined. After checking my app on my phone I come to find out I was billed for my fiance's locker. This was between pay checks and this left me with a negitve balance and had to call a buddy to come cover the cost of my gas. I contacted the owner and she was insisting I consented to auto pay on my card....um...the locker was NOT in my name! She claimed I spoke to her personally and allowed this. This was not true. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge and even after trying to explain to her my fiancee was coming to the unit to pay the bill she refused to retract the charge and said she would not be giving me my money back. It was only after I told her I was going to contact law enforcement to report it as theft did she refund my money. At this point she also sent an mail to my fiancee giving her a 28 day notice to move out. So today we moved our locker...upon pulling items out we discover severe water damage to our head board, to say the least it was shot. There was mold on our boxes, we had to throw away numerous items because of this. To say the least I am displeased beyond words! I DO NOT recommend this storage facility. It may appear nice on the surface but do not be fooled. I would highly suggest to take your belongings else where! As for any star.. I would give none if I could! ... Read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Don't really want to even give this business 1 star. I rented from Laura, (the owner) while I was in the process of selling and buying a new home. One of our 2 storage units got driven into by a drunk driver. She acted as if it wasn't that big of a deal. What's even worse is that, I gave the required notice, I moved out in the required time. Per the contract and here we are, 4 months later and I still haven't received my security deposit back. She is not paying me what she owes. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Its funny how her response to this review is 98% lies. My locks were removed from the units before the end of August. I have proof I gave the required notice, was moved out of the units and the locks removed by the third week of August. My House purchase did not fall through. I sold a house faster than I found a house. This is why I needed storage. She can't even spell my name correct. Get yourself together and start doing the right things Laura. I know several people who were ripped off by this woman. AGAIN, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! ... Read more

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
