The owners, Frank and Amber, are phenomenal at customer service. They express genuine and authentic care towards their clients who require above average assistance. Unforeseen health issues tied together with an unexpected and sudden relocation took a toll on my finances. Their understanding and empathy in this matter and a real willingness to work with me, a relatively new customer, was way above and beyond what I am entitled to for such a new relationship. Just plain old fashioned customer care. The way it used to be decades ago. Very refreshing to experience in these times and I can’t thank them enough. The facility is neat and tidy and very secure. The manager at Pico Rivera Public storage on Beverly Boulevard her name is Wendy. She’s outstanding kind patient and very knowledgeable. She helped me with the transition of my space and storage area and I cannot thank her enough. Thank you Public storage for hiring such a qualified person that is so kind and so very helpful.

I went to this location not knowing what size I wanted. Anthony helped me out, took me to show me the unit he thought would work, it’s perfect. He explained the whole process of the contract, the hours they are open, how to work the gate. If you are looking for a storage unit, this location is amazing, very well kept, great security. Ask for Anthony. I want to add to my review. I was able to find an apartment so I no longer needed my storage unit. While I was here I had talked to beside Anthony, Michael, Heather and Katie helped me out with closing my account. They were so nice I’d just pop in to say hi sometimes.
