The lady that popped up on the screen as soon as I walked in the office was very helpful. She is very thorough and moves quickly. I had no unanswered questions. She covered everything. I wish I knew her name. She was awesome.

Have been a customer for several years and was looking to step up a size in storage. Elliot and Jubal were super helpful and made the process simple and painless. They even went as far as to find a size I wanted very close to the smaller unit so I wouldn't have to move it very far. Always so friendly with a wave or popping their heads out of the office to say hi (even remember my name). This is customer service that I thought was dead and buried. If you are even thinking about renting storage, you have to call them. You won't be sorry.
