The staff at this location was welcoming, warm and informative. Upon walking into the office, Tiffany welcomed my husband and I in with open arms and a big smile; we immediately bonded over having the same name. I had a few questions about pricing between the different units, and while most people would get annoyed, Tiffany was patient, kind and fun to interact with. She did not mind comparing the pricing between her site and a few sister sites close by, and she understood I am trying to stay within a budget. We are still making the final decision, but I am beyond grateful for all of her help in providing us with the right information.

Shout out to Sarah??. She did a phenomenal job today. Extra space storage would not be the same without her. I appreciate all of our services. Thank you Sarah?? again.

I have had a storage unit for a few months now at this location and have been very happy! Recently I happened to bump into Amber at the location who was very friendly from the start and asked if everything was ok, and did I need anything or require any assistance. It so happened that I was lookong for a larger space for my work vehicle and additional store for my inventory. Immediately Amber was able to pull up what was available currently and a unit was readily available pretty much next to my existing unit. Amber had the unit available and gave me a wonderful rate which will end up not only allowing me to keep my vehicle securely stored but also to consolidate into 1 space! Amber called me within 10 minutes of me leaving and went through the process to get the new unit. I am so grateful and happy that we ran into each other. Amber was a breath of fresh air and I feel very taken care of and appreciated as a Public Storage customer! If I could give 6 stars I would! ????????????
