Customer service rep onsite, Al, was extremely helpful and professional. My request was actioned quickly and I can't ask for more. Great service.

I happen to visit extra storage on WT Harris this morning and I was attended by Ms. Aspen and I must confess that she has a very friendly, professional and great ethical standards. Nothing makes me happier than her smile and sense of humor.

I have been using this storage space for a lot longer than I anticipated however this location has always been honest with me in regards to fees,lock changes and always stressed the importance of keeping a lock on my unit even when I don't replace my lock you can best believe a lock will be placed on the unit for you of course you will be billed for it but this only ensures me my goods are protected.Each staff member I have encountered has been pleasant and respectful however Amanda stood out to me because she understands no one wants to have their goods in a storage for extended periods of time and no matter how many times I may have been late ,she doesn't call me demanding payment like a bill collector but instead a service professional who cares and just keep me updated to avoid removal of goods.I would recommend Public Storage but especially this location as it has been a pleasure leaving n trusting my goods there.

I already have a unit at one location and wanted to rent two more units but the person managing the location where I am was so unfriendly and uncooperative that I literally drove to a different location to ask for help. That's how I met Nicole, even though it wasn't her facility, she was wonderful, very friendly and upbeat answered all my questions and took care of renting those two units for me. Highly recommend her!!

This is such a clean location! First and foremost, the facility is spotless from the hallways to the parking lot. I used to store items at a different location, but I opted to move here due to pricing and safety. Tim was so helpful with the move-in process and provided great support. I highly recommend this location.

My experience with ESS has been excellent. Facility is very well maintained. The service provided by the manager Avery has been exceptional. He's been very courteous, professional, efficient, responsive, and extremely patient in addressing self-induced issues. Would 100% use ESS' services again, especially this location.
