Chris Bailey was great. He contacted me shortly after booking to make sure I was all set up and knew where the location was and had to get into my unit upon arrival was super helpful with walking me through the process of eventually checking out of the unit in a few months

It was so easy to sign up for a storage unit and it is very cheap. We went and checked it out before we took our belongings. It was easy to find and to get in is so much easier there is no steps to trip u up it’s all flat. It is very clean and kept up. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I am very happy with the choice I made. I love the app too because u don’t have to get out of the vehicle to push the code it’s on the app.So much better.

Brian the assistant manager was awesome !!! not only was he patient and understanding and very humble and pleasant to talk to over the phone, he made sure he looked out for me in every way as far as unit insurance accessibility what size my unit was any and all needs and costs that might occur or what I might need in the process. not only had I been having an extremely bad weekend and was put in a bad situation by mine now ex-fiance kicking me out on our 25th anniversary Brian took the time and had the compassion professionalism and uplifting vibration and energy to help me with being able to get the most efficient and affordable cost and convenience to help me in the long run due to my unforeseen situation and help me to be able to make it work out the best way for me financially. I needed someone who could show compassion professionalism understanding that the people he serves and provide service to or just that their people with situations and circumstances that may arise that are not always just cut and dry business. so I for one would not recommend any other place above extra space storage on deerbrook drive... I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had an acquiring a storage space unit Brian really helped me when I needed it the most thank you Brian you were my angel if I could give you guys 10 Stars I would cuz you're worth way more than that

Not a customer yet, but ran into a wonderful employee named Kendall at the bank while making a deposit. Had a few questions about needing a unit for the future. She answered them all with kindness. I was not even thinking about public storage, but now that’s where I will go!

We stopped into today to complete our lease in person after signing up over the phone last night. Freddy took good care of us, answered our questions, and was super friendly, courteous and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location for your storage needs
