The only issue I experienced was with the rollup door. While I was trying to get stuff from my truck & go to the cart. The door would close me out while I was still retrieving things.

I had an excellent experience at the Public Storage on Bandera Road in Leon Valley. Bill was incredibly helpful, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and I left feeling confident that my belongings would be safe. I highly recommend this location, and if you have the chance to work with Bill, you’re in great hands!

The new PM Laticia is going above and beyond and the girl is deep deep cleaning floors that have been dirty for I know over a few years, she also was able to stop what she was doing and answer and provide me help. thank you for whomever hired her because this is what this property needed!

Love the place! It’s clean, organized, and secure. The owners are top notch folks and always willing to help. Having a store with propane, camping gear, and a dump station is an added bonus. I have multiple covered spots for the travel trailer and boat that are easy to back into and spacious. Best place to store your toys.
