Jackson Beckworth is the manager and is incredibly kind and helpful. I backed a heavily loaded utility trailer into my storage unit poorly and couldn’t figure out how to move it without damaging either the unit or the trailer. I called Jackson and asked for his advice, and he immediately came over to help. He suggested moving the trailer by hand and even helped me move it! Thanks to his help, I was able to avoid an expensive and complicated solution. I can't begin to express what a relief it was to have such a friendly person to help me. Thank you Jackson!

I have been with Self-Store seems like forever, but in the last few years my health has been a big problem. I'm having to get my heart shocked a few times a year and I've had trouble keeping up with things because of it. Luckily, the property manager, Taylor, is a saint. She values each and every customer and I see that with my own eyes every time I go down to the office to check on my account. She also knows everything about storage property management because she has been doing it and regular property management for decades. She not only can answer every question I've ever asked her, but she knows way more details then I even needed to know. I always feel confident that Taylor is taking care of my stuff and protecting it from things like the weather, pests, theft, and adverse action. I'm pretty sure she could even handle an asteroid strike or a zombie apocalypse and my stuff would still be in pretty good shape. Whenever I have to go to the hospital to get my heart shocked, when they're putting me to sleep, I always wonder if this time I'm not going to wake up, but I never have to wonder if my stuff is going to be okay either way. I always trust in Taylor and I know you can too.

We have used Extra Storage a few times over the last 25 years. They’ve always been easy to work with. The spaces and property has always been clean and well taken care of. I feel my belongings are safe on this property. I would absolutely use the space again if needed.

Éric was super helpful. From the time she called me back my life was easier. I had to upgrade units and I didn't finish the process, so my gate code didn't work. She had everything taken care of in a matter of minutes. I was able to access the gate and put my things away in storage . Beautiful day it turned out to be. Thank you so much Erica.

Out of nowhere Kimberly called to give me a rate reduction! She said she was reviewing the accounts and noticed I was eligible for a price reduction. Kimberly is awesome! Very professional and cordial. Their site is clean and well kept. Covient location. They put a new pull rope on my door, as soon as I asked. Kimberly is very attentive to the customers needs . Fantastic service today from Jose at this storage site!! He helped me with an office chair so it could fit in my truck! He was so professional, patient, very understanding and very empathetic to my situation. We need more kind hearted people like Jose in the world. Valerie is the most accommodating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manager I’ve met. Everytime we need a storage space again, we always come back to this location specifically even though they’re are like 3 others closer to me. And that’s because of Valerie. She genuinely cares about me and I’m sure all the other storage renters. She tries her best to make sure all operations go smooth with the units and I see her putting in work looking from outside in. We always have a good conversation everytime I come by and when I have concerns, she’s understanding and tries her best to see how to best help. I’ll never forget your name and face Valerie :) you deserve the best.
