I was a short-term tenant and when I had any issues the staff immediately got to work helping me out and taking care of me. My unit was clean and I was able to move in the very next day that I paid for the unit online. Stephen was great, probably one of the best Customer Service people I've met anywhere, and I'm not just saying that; he genuinely cared about the customers he interacted with. I’ve used Lone Star Storage for the last few years at various times. They offer the best storage rates in Bastrop and they’re super close to downtown with easy access right off the highway. The location is very secure and kept clean. Jack, who’s been running the office is always great to work with. He makes the storage rental and move out process go super smooth. Well, after an unexpected surprise notice from our current storage, of impending closure, we were on the hunt for another location. We ended up choosing Rightspace. Pricing was a little more, however so was the storage space we chose. They offer inside climate control as well as non. We chose to go with the inside, because I know I don’t like sweating, so neither should our things! lol. Not to mention the majority of the items stored consists of Halloween props. Needless to say upon arrival, I was happy to see that they were secured. And had warning signs up (specifically loved the one about the snakes , so I won’t be feeding the wildlife!!!) Units are extremely nice and kept up, easy access to ours (thank you!). But, if you’re in need of storage, swing by and ask for Penny!!
