Mr. Everett has been so helpful. He showed me little stuff, like what to do when the weird cylinder lock wont sit well enough to lock and you are cutting it close on closing time. I had an excellent experience. I made my reservation online for a van and realized it was too small for the move. The attendant was helpful with his suggestions and luckily a 10' truck was available. It was the beginning of a long moving day for me, and this interaction definitely set a positive tone. Drop off was also easy. I highly recommend this location.
