Storage units in Saint Helena, CA, and nearby areas

My first time storing my boat at Outrig and so far I am very pleased with the facility and the people that work at Outrig. All my phone calls and interactions with the Outrig staff have been super helpful and friendly. Their communication is great and they are very responsive. I can usually speak with a person whenever I call them and they are always available to help. I have been dealing mostly with Cody who is great, but sometimes he has someone filling in and they are just as helpful. Before I moved in there was some stuff left over from previous tenant and I asked Outrig to make sure the items were gone before I moved in and it was taken care of. I also requested someone look at the roll up door because it was catching at the top and they had someone come and fix the door right away. The unit I have could use a little work, but so far it has worked out without any issues. But I'm sure if I have an issue it would get addressed right away. Cody mentioned the facility I was at was under new management and so far it has been great. I don't know how the previous management was but so far so good.

I’ve been keeping a couple things here for gardening and mario hasn’t had a problem with us at all and always a good guy and won’t disturb you. A couple different options in sizing for self storage are offered here and have no complaints, you won’t be bothered at all here, very calm place.

I had a wonderful experience at your location last week. Robbie and Rebecca were absolute lifesavers. I visited your store to purchase boxes to help an elderly client move. Robbie was incredibly helpful and provided me with a variety of extra boxes left over from another customer. Afterward, both Robbie and Rebecca loaded everything into my vehicle. Their support was greatly appreciated, and I will certainly be back again.

As it is most people don’t realize when you have a storage unit you might have other things going on in your life. We had a great experience storing our RV here! There are gates at the entrance with an entry code and the office staffed during the week. We would definitely store our RV here again!

The cleanest, friendliest and kindest Storage facility I’ve ever used! I have had the misfortune to have to keep moving my belongings to various storage units over the years and Darcy makes this one, hands down, the best experience!! She is the most awesome property manager! And that matters so much This facility is CLEAN. She is incredibly accommodating and always has a smile. You can tell she truly cares about the facility and all the customers A LOT. I don’t more about you, but in today’s world- this kind of care and kindness is rare and makes all the difference Highly recommend this facility - because of Darcy. ??
