Storage units in Palmyra, IN, and nearby areas

I was having trouble at one of the other storage unit places and everything was going wrong and my daughter helped me get a unit at your place and like I told her on the phone it felt like a blessing the size was right convenient to my house and she was very friendly personable and welcomed me and that Personal Touch was great

The rental process was a breeze with Carolyn! Excited for our new rental and that she’s in our corner when we need her.

Super simple process and great customer service

I'm moving out only because I'm moving closer to home, but my experience here has been great, the staff was friendly. The move in/out process was quick and easy I had no problems. They even have big carts to load and unload your stuff to make it a quick and easy move. Thank you Hometown Storage. Unit was very clean as well. The only thing I didn't like was if you don't show Ins they will charge you for Ins which is new to me. I've never been required for storage insurance, but that's just life. It's always something.

I had great costumer service and they were very sweet and kind.
