Storage units in North Carolina

Thank you very much it was a lovely experience

Courtney was awesome she helped me with everything I needed...thank you

Good people working there. Debra does an excellent job there

Property is clean and staff is very friendly

They were very friendly, and the process was smooth. They have plenty of locations, so chances are you can find one near you. I like that I could pay online every month...very convenient. Staff was great, storage area was clean and secure.

Tammy was so incredibly helpful when I needed a U-Haul. She was kind and fast and made the whole experience such a great one!

I chose Public Storage in Mooresville NC based upon the reviews and I’m so glad I did! Kim is absolutely incredible to work with. She explains everything and worked to make certain I got the right sized storage space for my needs. Didn’t try to oversell me and was simply awesome!!!

They have the best pricing for the unit size I needed and great customer service.

Fast and Easy SAME DAY move it. I signed-up on line and I found the on-site virtual assistant to be very helpful. It’s not a chat- bot. It’s a live person on a big screen interacting with you. Units are very clean and conditioned. Hand carts are on-site to help you move items in and out. Very happy with my choice so far.

Farm House Storage has been one of the most reasonably priced and friendliest storage facilities to work with. Michelle, who works in the office, has been extremely helpful during the time I have rented from their business. If I ever need a unit again I will definitely use Farm House Storage!

Easy process to rent a unit. The staff member in the office was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Kathy and Ddeja were the best! Super helpful and made the experience easy!

Really like Barb, the manager. She's very accommodating and nice.

I use this place now for about 8 months. They've been awesome.

Spacious units! I love the carts they provide because it makes it a whole lot easier to move things into the unit. Edit: just moved out and don’t have any complaints about the facilities. Very clean, quiet, and there’s always parking right by the door. The moving out process was easy and fast. Thanks to the lovely staff who was so proactive and helpful :)

I just want to say I have been a long time customer of this storage facility and the customer service of Ms. LaDonn is nothing short of OUTSTANDING, she is very caring, polite, and so much more. I have the utmost respect for her.
