I already have a unit at one location and wanted to rent two more units but the person managing the location where I am was so unfriendly and uncooperative that I literally drove to a different location to ask for help. That's how I met Nicole, even though it wasn't her facility, she was wonderful, very friendly and upbeat answered all my questions and took care of renting those two units for me. Highly recommend her!!

If you think storage places are all the same and that price is the only difference, you are mistaken. I was blown away by the good humor, patience, and cheerful, efficient interactions I had with the folks I spoke with both when we were looking for a good facility and when we stopped renting there bcs we moved away. The grounds were always in good order and the unit was dry, pest-free and secure. We (two women of a certain age) never felt unsafe or that our belongings were in danger. Access was always easy and the both the set up and, 18 months later, ending the rental were smooth, friendly and quick. Absolutely recommend to anyone needing storage!

This is such a clean location! First and foremost, the facility is spotless from the hallways to the parking lot. I used to store items at a different location, but I opted to move here due to pricing and safety. Tim was so helpful with the move-in process and provided great support. I highly recommend this location.

Roderick is the bomb. They need more like him and this place is so clean and organized. Wish they had more space, they just book up too fast.

Okay, I will say a few things here. This place looks "sketchy" from the outside. BUT we needed a place quickly to store an RV we bought. This place had low rates and 24hour access. This was great since we sometimes leave early or return late from trips. The lots were full of old cars and stuff that I was unsure about. We couldn't get our RV into the slip we were assigned. A call to the office to see if we could use a different spot we saw was answered with of course! They assured us they had been working diligently to get out old tenets that had abandoned property. We trusted the process lol. We returned a couple of weeks later for a trip and sure enough four spots had been cleared. Two more weeks later and some more were cleared. We decided to rent a unit here as our other storage facility for our property had doubled rates. They got the unit ready for us before our move in date with a new ceiling and was clean. We picked up the RV again for a trip and more stuff has been cleared up and new tenants have moved in. I am glad we made this choice. The office staff is ALWAYS nice, helpful and prompt. Always answers the phone and returning email questions in minutes! The prices are fair enough and they are working on cleaning up the lots. I look forward to seeing the end results.
