Storage units in New York

Syracuse location, great working with the staff there. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

My father and I came in having done the research online first. But when we got there, of course we knew somethings maybe a little different then that which was offered online because there are several locations. Miss Shatana was very polite very understanding. She was also very cordial and professional. We laughed and she was very informative about her position. We did understand that she has only been there a little over a month, However, it seems like she has her task under control. I wanted a storage unit on the first floor, but she showed us a unit on the fourth floor. She sold us by pointing out everything that surrounded our storage, such as the bathroom and the staircase which were very important to us, are just a few steps away. Also, I went in, not wanting to have water lines going throughout my storage unit but she did offer some great suggestions which we will take, not only to protect our stuff through the insurance that she offered, but also of somethings we can do to self protect. So in a whole, Miss Shatana’s professionalism, knowledge and personality I was sold us the storage unit. Not to mention the price was great.

I haven't been there cause I'm handicapped..but my girl is filling it beautifully..I have my own insurance and locks so I could definitely afford it .the location is fabulous cause it's near my new apt complex..I finally found affordable mover n I'll be moving soon..I moved to California in 1977 n visited Buffalo a lot cause in 70s n early 80s all restaurants closed for 3 months n reopened in october so I put all my stuff in storage n visited bflo n 2xs I had surgery m stayed couple years n used storage for 2 yrs+I LUV them and yours is really helping now..moving in to KEN TON PRESBYTERIAN COMPLEX IS CLOSE CAUSE ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE I THINK TO EMPTY CAUSE I HAVE TO HAVE 2 SURGERIES..UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO BE ALONE IN MY APARTMENT BUT MAYBE I WILL STAY AT NURSING CENTER FOR 4 TO 6 WEEKS SO ILL LEAVE MY STUFF AT YOUR PLACE..ANYWAY..YOU HAVE BEEN A BLESSING....GOD BLESS YOU

Was professional and helpful enjoy my visit

My experience with Public Storage has been excellent. I currently keep my truck parked there, and every time I stop by to check on it, the process is smooth and hassle-free. Mr. Trinidad has been especially helpful—he provides clear information, communicates well, and delivers top-notch customer service. It definitely makes a difference knowing the facility is well-managed and that help is always available when needed.
