CASANDRA VERY CURTIOUS AND EXCELLENT JOB.

I’m not generally a person to list my experiences with businesses whether good or bad, but being this has been a year long experience for me I felt the need to leave a warning for others. Long story short, my storage unit was robbed a year ago in 2025, the general manager told me it would be 6 months before I seen a payout for insurance. I created all the paperwork I was told to create to list the items and submitted the police report. She said it would be sent in right away. I patiently waited 6 months and when I called I was told it never was sent in. Her name was Tamika (spelling may be wrong) so I reprinted everything, got a new police report and went to drop it off again. Was told the same thing, will be sent in right away. This time I waited a couple months and verified with the main office this time. Headquarters had no idea what I was talking about. Tamika said she never sent it in AGAIN. I had over $6,0000 in goods stolen. Finally the headquarters put me in touch with a NEW general manager for the facility in oak creek wi. His name is Anthony. I told him the story, he did his searching and found the incident in the computer and other discrepancies in my account with them. I reprinted all the documents, called the police station to obtain another police report and then again submitted the paperwork. Anthony immediately called me, filed the appropriate paperwork needed (Tamika never gave me any of the paperwork I actually needed to fill out) and he submitted it to the regional office within days the problem was solved. I was then informed that it only takes UP TO 60 days for the payout of insurance claims. So after one year of poor horrible manaent, Anthony stepped in and solved my problem almost immediately and professionally. IF you have to deal with anybody at this facility or another that he manages, just ask for Anthony because he is the guy that will get the job done and in a timely manner. THANKS ANTHONY!!

Had to switch names on storage locker. Went pretty seamlessly. I wasn't present for transaction except by phone which is not normal protocol but because I'm out of state ATM they allowed that.
