I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tim at Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern. I had signed up for a month-to-month rental of a 10x10 unit, but after realizing the unit didn’t include climate control—and since I needed to store valuable electronic equipment—I knew it wouldn’t work for my needs. I called the following day, which happened to be a Sunday, and left several messages. Early Monday, Tim promptly returned my call, listened to my concerns, and assured me that my unit would be canceled and my payment refunded. By the end of the day, I had received a full refund, including the administrative fee. I truly appreciate Tim’s professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who goes the extra mile to make things right. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern—be sure to ask for Tim!

Love the location and your garage for my 2nd vehicle. Your staff is very helpful and supportive especially Tim who just yesterday helped me when my Camaro's Battery was dead when I tried to get her running with hints and suggestions when he couldn't locate longer jumper cables at your facility.
