Long overdue shout out to Rich! Very Professional, out-going and friendly. Has always been a huge help whenever I called him for assistance.

The staff is incredibly kind and informative. I apparently hadn't done enough due diligence (I usually overanalyze) because when we arrived at the cube we had rented in advance (buy online in advance for the best deals!), it wasn't like the one I'd rented elsewhere. It was outdoors, in one of those long strip storage units, so there was no controlled temperature or humidity. We'd already packed everything, and I was hoping we hadn't packed anything that would melt all over the place. We rented a 5x5' unit and stored dorm stuff: full-length mirror, 2 rugs, 3 plastic 3-drawer units (like mini bureaus), mini (the tall kind) fridge, a tall fake plant, linens, room decorations (some framed artwork, fairy lights, photos, etc.), a Bissell vacuum, one of those big blue dorm storage bags, some paper bags filled with hangers, lamps/lampshades. We probably could have fit double all of that. We didn't even stack much. We used their lock and left. Yep, and we left the keys at home when we returned in the fall to move out everything. The staff was incredibly gracious. They promptly removed the lock (no charge) and waved goodbye. There was only one bug—a spider that may have been dead. NOTHING melted. Everything was perfect. Great experience overall!

Excellent customer service and superb storage facility!!
