Storage units in New Jersey

Nicole was so sweet , she was helping another customer after hours , and I didn't know she was on the property, she was still patient and walked me through everything !!

If you want a property manager that has compassion for his customers, Tom is your guy he saw that there was no way that I was going to get out of the situation, but God made a way and Tom was part of that way and the time that he gave me and worked with me to be able to get my stuff out of storage. He’s Great manager and even a greater human being????????

Great customer service, always attentive and smooth. Would highly recommend using this location.

Its all in the face of your company. Wendy is articulate, friendly and professional. Shes a gem and there's your 5 star review. Wendy.

Awesome service from Nirmala. Great experience

Edward the property manager is excellent. Extremely helpful. He walked me through getting my storage unit took me there to physically show it to me , helped me set up the public storage app . Just an extremely good guy and I would recommend public storage in Mahwah . See Edward . In my opinion it’s better to get your unit live in person here rather than online or by phone to the central office

Great service! Love this place.

Taleyia was very helpful and informative very nice smile

I've been a customer for over a year at Devon Self Storage of Glassboro. The facility is well maintained and the process of going in and out is super easy. A gate splits in between the unit so just drive up and your unit is close. It's a great convenience to be a short a walk from my unit. Now for the best part, when my rate went up - Ahmed and Scott bent over backwards to get me a fantastic rate and did it in record time. Walked out with a great rate AND rate locked for an entire year. I can't see myself renting a storage unit from anyone else.

Great Customer Service. Very Clean facility. Great prices.

Helpful & friendly staff. Easy access to my clean & ready storage unit. Very happy.
