Storage units in New Jersey

I had originally looked here for renting but the manager, Shawn, didn’t have the size I was looking for. He found the size localish, at a great price. Thank you Shawn for recommending this other property!

My first time using a storage unit and it's been a wonderful experience! I'm not sure of the man's name who worked in the office who helped me but he was extremely friendly and was able to answer every question I had! I was nervous leaving my personal items for the first time but once I saw how much security there is and how clean the building is I immediately felt like my items were safe. I will definitely be recommending to friends.

Extra Space Storage in Budd Lake, New Jersey is one of the best facilities I’ve ever rented from. It’s very clean and the prices are reasonable and negotiable, depending on what you need. (The sizes of storage units and if you need an indoor climate control or outdoor drive up one.) And Carlos is the man. Though I myself have not had any problems with other employees in the office, Carlos is the one to talk to. So if you are in the area, and need a storage unit, talk to Carlos and he more than likely will be able to hook you up. It will be worth your while, for sure.

King was a pleasure to work with. Very customer friendly and very knowledgeable about the units. He is an asset to your organization.

The Staff here was amazing, for years I’ve struggled with a good storage site and finally I found one at Hawthorne prime storage , Lyly,Joan and Segundo gave me the most helpful friendliest customer service experience so far!

Very nice and neat place and Jacob was so very helped and deals with his clients professionally.

Last night, I found myself dealing with one of those classic “I really should have handled this sooner” last-minute problems. ?? I needed to upgrade my storage unit, and unfortunately, it was almost closing time. At that point, I fully expected to hear some version of, “Sorry, we're closing soon.” But CECILIA and TARA apparently didn’t get that memo. ?? Instead, they went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of. They were both absolutely AMAZING — friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help when they easily could have called it a night. The big wigs at Public Storage should know that they have two absolute rock stars working here. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find, so when you come across it, you notice. CECILIA and TARA — thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. You both deserve recognition for the way you treated me. I’ll definitely be a customer for life, and I’ll be recommending this Public Storage to anyone who needs a place to store their stuff. Public Storage: take care of these two — they're keepers! ?????

The office being empty bothers me. However someone is always available on a call during business hours. That's extremely helpful and important. Also a lot of people dont want someone to help with their personal items. The facility itself is spotless clean and yes there are several carts. Elevators and motion sensored lighting with locations clearly labeled make getting around easy...I'm anxious and my son is physically disabled - we're happily on an upper level. There's many units and different pricing options to fit many needs. Hopefully you have a great experience also. I'm grateful to write this review. Thank you CubeSmart Self Storage.

I had my stuff stored here for about six months and never had any issues. It’s super easy to get in and get out and the staff there is very helpful. I just went in today to cancel because I’m moving somewhere and Jay was very helpful in getting that done for me.

Extremely satisfied through the process of renting the unit, Hassana very kind and explained everything thoroughly. Overall deserves more than 5 stars.

Joshua was excellent with the process, his customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Everything was handled smoothly and I was completely satisfied.

Ray was very helpful with explaining everything regarding my first storage experience with storage mart

Phil always helps my mom Sonia. Professional and no fuss.

Alan was so great, he waited for us when we were running a little late and then was so kinda when he showed us to our storage unit. The units are good too, not stinky, climate well controlled.

The place was so clean ! Great experience overall. Made my moving experience super easy. Big thanks to Eric for making my experience great.

It was great working with Marc. He was very helpful assisting me with the process of getting and setting up for the storage unit.
