Storage units in New Jersey

Great customer service and professionalism

I haven't had much experience with storage units, but I must say I am very pleased to see the level of customer service at this location. When I 1st moved in I noticed the scent of smoke in the elevators; I brought it to the attention of the office staff and they said they would find a way to deflect the smell.. A couple of weeks later I noticed a difference. So thank you!!! Joan is a real "people person", who cares about customers. What a great asset for the company!!

Gary helped me, he was so great! Amazing job

Excellent accommodations and service! The units are spacious and climate controlled. Highly recommend

Wayne was very helpful and made the process of reserving a storage unit easy. He was very informative and it was a pleasure working with him.

The storage facility is clean and modern. The manager that assisted me (Omar) was friendly, knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions for a seamless rental agreement. I feel fortunate to have stooped at your facility to choose a storage unit.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage at 3540 Quakerbridge Road. Kelly and Mark provide excellent service and are genuinely attentive. When I realized the space I’d rented was too small, they were flexible and made upgrading to a larger unit easy. The property is well maintained, and the unit has remained clean and dry even with all the rain we’ve had lately. The app is easy to use, and the location is convenient. It’s been a smooth experience from start to finish, and I appreciate how helpful Kelly and Mark have been. I’d gladly recommend this location.

I had a great experience working with the manager Bryan! He helped me look into a storage unit and even helped me place my items in as I forgot my son’s stroller. He was able to make sure I knew all the information I needed and that my app worked as well.

Raymond was fantastic! I appreciate everything he did to make sure we got the proper unit for a good price to help me and my wife out with things we were dealing with!

JP assisted me and my Godfather and was excellent. Due to his customer service I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Public Storage! The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the storage units are easy to access. The property manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. Everything was explained clearly, and moving in was quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a convenient place to store your belongings. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and reliable storage facility!
