Exceptional Facility & Outstanding Management – Meredith is a True Gem! I recently rented a storage unit at the Public Storage location at 47 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, NY, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, well-organized, and secure. The facility is well lit, easy to navigate, and the 24/7 access has been a lifesaver for my schedule. What truly sets this location apart is the incredible management, especially Manager Meredith. She is hands-down one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Meredith is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, recommended the perfect unit size, and even gave me smart packing tips that made moving my belongings so much easier. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the whole process stress-free. Being a first-timer customer, Meredith treated me with respect and went above and beyond. You can tell she truly cares about the facility and her customers. The place feels safe and well-maintained thanks to her and the team. If you’re looking for storage in the Farmingdale area, do yourself a favor and head straight here. I’ve already recommended this location to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back if I need more space. Thank you, Meredith and the whole team—you’ve earned a loyal customer for life! Highly, highly recommend! LaDon & Family

Everyone was extremely friendly and responsive- we received all the information we needed and even visited the site and “met” our new storage unit in person. I highly recommend this business!
