Storage units in North Carolina

Very patient

The property manager Terri is great, She made sure that we had everything we needed to store and she made sure that we had the right size. The plus side of this property is that it is so clean. You can tell that she takes pride in the property. Go see Terri she is the best!!!

Crystal P off of tge Crabtree location was awesome today! She was very kind and compassionate towards my moving situation. She was very professional and proficient in her knowledge of my storage options and what I can expect. She made the process so simple and stress free. I HIGHLY recommend asking for her specifically. Definitely recommend as they are affordable and as i stated, have excellent customer service. Thanks again Crystal! I greatly appreciate you! Edit: Jordan H. Is also amazing too! He had to keep helping me afterwards how to find my unit and where the carts were. Everything was already explained to me in a clear manner it's just that ive got so much going on with the move that I misunderstood. Very thankful for thier kindness and support. Yall rock!

Best storage ever.

Shannon was super nice! Trucks are clean and would highly recommend renting again from here.

Had a great experience here, facilities are clean, and area is secure. Had the pleasure of meeting Shannon at the front desk, helped us with everything, the process was super streamline and easy, got the space drove the truck in with no problem, and unloaded inside, was given a push cart to make the job easier. Couldn't be happier with the result ! Thank you for the great service. If you need to keep your stuff safe this place is definitely rated 5 stars.

Carol and Sam are awesome staff very polite and respectful and customer service is amazing explained everything bout storage needs and help find the right size

The people working here were really helpful!

All aspects of renting and moving in are digital. Even gate access is thru your phone, so you don't even have to put down your window. So easy. Highly recommend for your storage needs. Only complaint is no dumpster for getting rid of stuff you don't need.

Chris was amazing for helping up out. Very impressive 10/10. Would recommend him to anyone too help

Amanda has been such a great help with moving our unit three separate times.

Tracy was outstanding help today. Thanks

I needed a storage unit for a few months and I found this new facility in my area. They also had a three months Move-in special. The Sign up process was easy. The units are clean and the facility has all the latest technology and security. The rep also provided great customer service.

I highly recommend them. They were very kind and their service was impeccable. They are all true professionals. I am very happy with the kindness they are showing me.
